How to Pay Utilities in Chengdu
How to pay utilities in Chengdu? Gas,electricity, water, and management fee? All these seems complicated to newbies. That is why we are here, follow our guide as following. I bet it will help a lot!
1. Gas fee
Generally speaking, there are two situations: 1. Pay in advance( if you had arrears, there would be no gas); 2. Pay after use: you will always have gas although you didn’t pay on time, you will get overdue fine because of late payment(most of the apartments require you pay by every two months)
How much you may spend per month?

How to pay Gas?
a. Hongqi Chain(everywhere) with your gas card.
b. Wechat
Warning tip: Step 4, you need to choose the gas company according to your own gas card
2. Electricity fee
Generally speaking, you need to top-up before use.

How to pay Electricity?
a. Hongqi Chain with your electricity card.
b. Some of the compounds would have certain machine to charge the electricity card. (Mostly near the management office)
3. Water Fee
Most of the compounds, you could pay it at the management office via wechat, cash or bank card.

4. Management Fee
Pay at the Management office, most of the compounds they require to pay by quarterly.
